BHALL Bags offers returns on most items within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Please note that custom product orders are final and cannot be returned. Please follow these additional guidelines when making a return to bhallbags.com:

Item must be in new condition.

Item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories (includes box or plastic poly bag).

Item must be accompanied by a receipt.
This $5.00 fee enrolls you into the BHALL Bags trade-in program. This program allows you to trade in your old BHALL Bag for a new one by paying a $150.00 deductible and returning your old bag.

You will be trading for the same model as supplies last. If that model is no longer available you can upgrade for an additional $80 charge.
You are responsible for shipping charges to and from the BHALL Bags facility.

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD AND WHAT IS COVERED?

BHALL Bags warrants the Products against non-conformance with BHALL material and workmanship specifications for the applicable warranty period of 90 days commencing from the date of purchase by the original purchaser. (“Warranty Period”) under the following conditions ONLY:

The warranty claim is made by the original purchaser of the Product with a valid proof of purchase from BHALL Bags.

The Product has not been subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, commercial use, improper service, or non-BHALL Bags repair or modification;

Claims are made within the applicable Warranty Period.

WHAT THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR;

COSMETIC DAMAGE (I.E., MINOR SCRATCHES, SURFACE DEFORMATIONS, OR DISCOLORATION) INCLUDING NATURAL FADING OF COLORS;

DAMAGES CAUSED BY MISUSE, ABUSE, OR BY ACCIDENT OR NEGLIGENCE, INCLUDING PROLONGED EXPOSURE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER;

FAILURE TO OBSERVE CARE INSTRUCTIONS;

DAMAGE CAUSED BY RIPS, CUTS OR TEARS;

BURNS AND ABRASIONS;

PRODUCTS TREATED WITH STEAMING DEVICES OR OTHER HEAT TREATMENTS;

UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATION OR ALTERATION INCLUDING ANY REPAIR DONE OUTSIDE OF BHALL CUSTOMER SERVICE;

ANY DAMAGES ARISING AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD;
