BHALL  Bags offers returns on most items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom product orders are final and cannot be returned. Please follow these additional guidelines when making a return to bhallbags.com:

• Item must be in original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect and must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Item must be returned with all original packaging and accessories (includes box or plastic poly bag).

• Return in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt .

HOW LONG IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD AND WHAT IS COVERED?

BHALL Bags warrants the Products against non-conformance with BHALL material and workmanship specifications for the applicable warranty period of 90 days commencing from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.  (“Warranty Period”) under the following conditions ONLY:

• The warranty claim is made by the original purchaser of the Product with a valid proof of purchase from BHALL Bags. 
• The Product has not been subjected to accident, misuse, abuse, commercial use, improper service, or non-BHALL Bags repair or modification;
• Claims are made within the applicable Warranty Period.

WHAT THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR;
• COSMETIC DAMAGE (I.E., MINOR SCRATCHES, SURFACE DEFORMATIONS, OR DISCOLORATION) INCLUDING NATURAL FADING OF COLORS;
• DAMAGES CAUSED BY MISUSE, ABUSE, OR BY ACCIDENT OR NEGLIGENCE, INCLUDING PROLONGED EXPOSURE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER;
• FAILURE TO OBSERVE CARE INSTRUCTIONS;
• DAMAGE CAUSED BY RIPS, CUTS OR TEARS;
• BURNS AND ABRASIONS;
• PRODUCTS TREATED WITH STEAMING DEVICES OR OTHER HEAT TREATMENTS;
• UNAUTHORIZED MODIFICATION OR ALTERATION INCLUDING ANY REPAIR DONE OUTSIDE OF BHALL CUSTOMER SERVICE;
• ANY DAMAGES ARISING AFTER THE WARRANTY PERIOD;
